Electronic Failures: Non-human-induced electronic component failures (e.g., ESC burnout under standard load, receiver malfunction).
High-performance RC driving involves extreme stress. The following are excluded:
Crashes & Abuse: Any physical damage resulting from user error, high-speed impacts, or rough handling.
Water Damage: Failures from submersion, heavy rain, or pressure washing (Electronics are splash-proof only, not fully waterproof).
Power & Wiring Errors: Short circuits or burnouts caused by reversed polarity, incorrect wiring, or over-voltage batteries.
Normal Wear-and-Tear: Routine depletion of consumable parts like tires, gears, clutches, and bearings.
Unauthorized Mods: Damage arising from incompatible aftermarket parts or DIY electrical/structural alterations.

Please provide a clear video or photo showing the specific defect/performance issue. Include the product serial number (if applicable) and show the original packaging condition.
We will immediately forward your media to our factory engineering team. You will receive professional feedback within 1~3 business days on the next steps.
If approved, a replacement part will be shipped immediately (no further action needed). If a return is required, we will guide you on how to send the defective unit back with its original packaging.
