5.22, 2026 – Vrx Racing is pleased to share an update on the development of our highly anticipated 1:24 scale brushless RC monster truck. Following months of design and engineering, we have received our first set of trial-molded components and have built a pre-production prototype for testing.
This early-stage sample is a crucial step in bringing this new platform to life. The parts shown represent our current design intent and give a good overview of the vehicle’s components and layout. However, it is important to understand that this is not the final product.
It offers a closer look at the key molded components, including the robust differential and gearbox cases, and sturdy suspension arm mounts. The use of high-quality, durable composite materials is central to the design.
For reliable power transfer and enhanced durability under brushless loads, we are employing metal ring gears and pinion gears in the differentials.
The main chassis features an integrated honeycomb pattern. This structural feature provides an excellent balance of rigidity for precise handling and reduced weight for improved performance and run times.
The tires have been designed with a durable compound and an aggressive tread pattern to ensure traction on varied terrain. The wheels feature a multi-spoke design with scale realism.

Testing and Refinement
This trial-mold sample is a tool for iterative design improvement. Our engineering team is currently subjecting the prototype to a rigorous field and bench testing protocol. We are analyzing everything from overall chassis dynamics and suspension geometry to drivetrain durability and electronic performance.
The results of these tests will inform design adjustments, tooling modifications, and fine-tuning. This process ensures that when the 1:24 brushless monster truck is ready for its final production run, it meets our standards of quality, durability, and high performance.
