Intro.  RC culture runs deep across Europe, and the hobby shops of Italy are where that culture lives. When DP RC in italy first started carrying VRX RACING vehicles, it began with a small order from a factory on the other side of the world — and has since become one of our most consistent touchpoints in the Italian market.

Challenge. For a specialist shop, three things decide whether a new brand stays on the shelf, and none of them are forgiving:

• Italian RC players treat their cars like sports equipment. Weekend track sessions and hard bashing wear out drivetrains and plastics fast — a model that breaks early is a brand that gets crossed off the list.

• Parts have to move faster than the car. A hobbyist who orders a part expects it by the weekend; a shop that can only promise next month loses the sale, and the customer with it.

• A small shop runs on cash flow. Every euro tied up in slow-moving stock is a euro that cannot be spent elsewhere, so a new brand has to prove it will actually sell before it earns shelf space.

Solution. VRX RACING structured the relationship around what a small shop actually needs. Factory-direct pricing means the shop buys at maker-level prices with no middleman margin, which leaves room for retail margins that keep the lights on. The first order was deliberately small — a flexible MOQ on a few proven models — so the shop could test demand without betting the whole stock budget. Reorders now run on a seasonal rhythm, and every unit ships EU-spec from the factory: CE-compliant 2.4 GHz radios, EU plug chargers, and Italian-language manual and packaging, ready to put on the shelf with no rework.

Underneath it all is the same parts supply chain that anchors our distributor program. Key wear items are kept in stock at the factory, so when a customer needs a part fast, the shop can answer with a real date instead of a shrug.

Results. From one trial model to a full line of six model families, restocked on a seasonal rhythm.
